Problem getting secondary profession change quests. - Guild Wars Forums

I seem to have problems getting the npcs to give me the quests to change my secondary profession on my second character.

On my first character, I was able to get those quests fine without ascending first.

So my question is...did they change the requirements to get these quests? I've done everything in my quest log...at least the ones from oasis and beyond. Yet, I still can't get the secondary change quests. And if anyone else has this problem and solved it, how did you do it?

I think it was patched. A guild mate also attempted to change secondary prior to ascension, and got the same thing. They complete the mission, went back and NADA.

It was originally intended that you could only change your secondary profession AFTER Ascension.
